Conditions – Wind west 8-14 mph,cloudy with sunny spells.
Conditions were predictably not as good as the days building up to the event however a good wind helped 2 new club records and a number of pbs being set.
Well done to Alan Varley for adding nearly 8 yards to the 200g record and Pete Ingham for breaking the 100g fixed spool record.However both were upstaged by newcomer Colin Middleton,who only a couple of months ago started on 195 yards,for casting a massive 244 yards.
Other pbs went to John Brimblecombe,Lincoln Turner,gary Howard,John Walker,Jim Foy and John Barnes.Well done and great casting by all.
